Why do some air source heat pump systems suffer from poor water pressure or flow?

In most cases, when installing an ASHP, an unvented hot water cylinder is installed alongside it, allowing it to heat and store hot water for the household.

Unvented cylinders rely on mains water pressure and flow, if there is an inadequate supply the water performance will be hindered.
