If this is your first warranty claim within 12 months of installation and your pump has been installed correctly, in-line with our warranty guidelines, we will send you a replacement out free of charge. All you need to do is supply installation information and we will be in touch to arrange this for you. Terms and conditions apply.

If you have already had a free of charge replacement product under warranty and/or you would like one of our engineers to come onsite and assess the installation, then this can be easily arranged. If your pump has been installed correctly and you have the right product for the job, our engineer will swap the product over for you there and then.

You will be required to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit/debit card to book an engineer and may be charged £95+VAT for the engineer visit, but only in a situation where the installation is deemed incorrect and the cause of the product failure. Terms and conditions apply.

Whether you want a member of our team to check out your current product installation and ensure everything is as it should be or whether you are considering a shower pump or mains booster solution and want to know the right product for your home, we will come out and complete a review of your system and provide recommendations and a product solution.
